Our Personal Guarantee
We guarantee healthy top quality pet baby birds and when you reserve early, you are guaranteed your choice of our available babies to be held for you and we promise you that once you have chosen your new baby; he or she will immediately carry your family name and will no longer be offered to any other prospective buyers.
Sales Terms
- All babies bred by us are banded with closed, traceable identification leg bands and are sold with a hatch certificate and pedigree, if applicable.
Health Guarantee

All birds are sold with a health guarantee.

However, we do suggest buyer to take the bird(s) to see a veterinarian within 7 days of receipt of the bird(s) and if any ailment is found for which we are found to be responsible, we will refund the entire amount paid once buyer has returned the bird(s) back to us. We will also make an exchange of bird(s) if buyer prefers. We will pay for the return shipping costs but not for the shipping costs of the bird we send in exchange.

We will gladly send a health certificate with your bird(s) from a veterinarian if buyer prefers for an additional $75.00 fee.
Payment Options

We accept personal checks and money orders by mail but please note that checks or money orders must be cleared before any bird(s) can be officially reserved, picked up, delivered or shipped.

Cash payments are accepted at our location only. Do not send cash in the mail.

Shipping
-
Shipping is an option at buyers expense and must be paid prior to shipment. We ship Delta Cargo out of St. Louis, MO. The air shipping fee is typically around $100.00 and sometimes can be paid at the airport at the time of pick-up instead.
- We charge an additional fee of $60.00 to cover crate costs and a gasoline surcharge used to travel to the airport and back home. (It is a 5 hour round trip for us to ship.) The crate, of course, is the buyers to keep.
Local Delivery
- We will gladly deliver or make arrangements to meet for pick up within our local area for free. A .55 fee per mile will be charged for any delivery over 20 miles. Email or call us for more details.
Hold Requests
- We will gladly list available Weaned and Ready birds and Unweaned baby birds as On Hold by request for up to 2 weeks while we are waiting for initial deposit to clear the bank and/or allow customer time to pick-up. Once, the check has cleared the bank, we will immediately list the baby as reserved.
- Any bird(s) On Hold or Reserved are no longer available for hold, deposit or for sale to any other prospective buyers.
- Only when an initial deposit is not recieved, the requested hold will be forfieted and bird(s) will be listed as available and sold to other prospective buyers.
Deposits
- We will gladly accept a 25% non-refundable deposit of the full purchase amount including all fees to reserve any available Unweaned or Weaned and Ready bird.
Important: Due to high demand and the consideration of other potential buyers, deposits are non-refundable to discourage any impulsive reserving.
Reserving Unweaned Babies

Deposits secure and guarantee chosen baby bird until the time he/she is ready to go to his/her new home.
Notice: Unweaned babies can not be picked up, delivered or shipped until they are completely weaned and eating well on their own.
Reserving Weaned and Ready Birds

We will gladly hold reserved bird(s) for buyers for up to 30 days after the initial deposit has cleared the bank unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

If bird(s) are not paid in full by the 30 days or other arrangements are not made, buyer forfiets deposit and said bird(s) will go back to the available list and sold to other prospective buyers.

All final balances must be paid prior to shipping or delivery.

If buyer chooses to pick up their new baby bird at our location, final balance may be paid then. We will accept cash for final balances for those picking up.
